Mobility & Recovery.
Loggable mobility and recovery routines designed to pair with HYROX training (especially Phase 3). Five short sessions cover the mobility work referenced throughout the phase: a dynamic warm-up before sessions, targeted ankle/t-spine/shoulder prep for the sled and wall-ball stations, post-run stretching for hips/calves/hamstrings, full-body foam rolling, and a longer Sunday flow. Do the matching routine before or after its HYROX session to protect the tissues HYROX taxes most and to recover faster between hard days. Keep everything gentle — mobility should reduce fatigue, never add to it.
Five short routines, each matched to a HYROX demand: ankles and hips for the sled, shoulders and upper back for wall balls and the SkiErg, and calves and hamstrings after runs.
