Privacy policy

Your data,
plainly.

What we collect, why, who sees it, and how to have it removed.

Last updated October 10, 2026

The short version

  • We collect what you enter to train here (your account, training profile, check-ins and workouts) and use it to run the site.
  • We do not sell your information, show ads, or use analytics or advertising trackers.
  • GPS location is recorded only while you record a run, walk or ride.
  • Connected apps can read your training data only if you allow them, and you can remove them at any time.
  • Download or delete your workout data yourself under Profile → Your data. Email support@manifest-performance.com to have your account deleted.

Who we are

Manifest Athletics ("we", "us") runs this website and web app. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@manifest-performance.com.

What we collect

Your account

Your name, email address and password when you sign up. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are never stored by this site. We also keep your account role and the programs and paths you are enrolled in.

Your training profile

Goals, experience level, available equipment, how long and when you like to train, your timezone, and any injuries or limitations you tell us about, including body area, movements to avoid and any notes you write.

Daily check-ins

If you use readiness check-ins: sleep hours and quality, fatigue, mood, soreness and pain by body area, and any notes, along with a readiness score we calculate from them.

Workouts and progress

The sessions you log (sets, reps, weights, times, distances, effort ratings, exercise swaps, how you felt, body weight if you enter it, and your notes), plus checklist and path progress.

Fitness test results

If you save a Cooper 12-minute run test: the distance, how you measured it, the date, your age, and which norms table (men's or women's) you chose to compare with, along with the rating and VO2max estimate worked out from them. You can delete any saved result yourself.

Location

When you record a run, walk or ride, your device's precise GPS location (with altitude and speed) is recorded for as long as the recording runs, and saved as an activity with its route. The segment map can ask for your approximate location once, only to center the map. Your browser asks your permission first, and you can say no.

Apple Health (PhysiquePro app)

Only if you connect it in the PhysiquePro iPhone app, and only the types you allow in Apple's permission sheet: daily summaries of sleep (hours, stages, bed and wake times), resting heart rate, heart rate variability, steps, active energy, exercise minutes, VO2max and body weight, and your Apple Watch workouts (type, duration, energy, heart rate, and the route for outdoor ones). We keep one summary per day, not the raw readings. We read Apple Health and never write to it. The Health app's own data stays on your phone and is never changed by us.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, what you are interested in, and the referral code you arrived with, if any.

Technical information

Our servers record requests in logs (time, page, an internal request ID and, when you are signed in, your user ID) to keep the site working and secure. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated sign-in and sign-up attempts.

Health-related information. Injuries, pain, soreness, sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability and body weight are sensitive. We use them only to shape your training and show you your progress. Data from Apple Health is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and never shared with connected apps or AI tools. We are not a healthcare provider, and this site does not give medical advice.

How we use it

  • To run your account and show you your programs, workouts, check-ins and progress.
  • To plan and adjust workouts around your goals, schedule, equipment, injuries and readiness.
  • To record activities, routes and personal records from your GPS recordings.
  • If you connect Apple Health: to fill in last night's sleep on your check-in for you to confirm, show your recovery and activity on your dashboard, and add your Apple Watch workouts to your activities.
  • To contact you about access if you joined the waitlist, and to answer emails you send us.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

AI and connected apps

Programs on this site are written with AI-assisted research; building them does not use your personal data.

Apple Health data is not available to connected apps or AI tools. If you save a check-in after we prefilled your sleep from Apple Health, the saved check-in is yours like any other and is covered below.

You can let an outside app or AI assistant plan workouts for you under Settings → Connections. The approval screen shows exactly what it will be able to do. With your permission it can read your training profile (including injuries and limitations), your readiness check-ins and your recent workouts, and add planned workouts to your schedule. It cannot delete anything. That app's own privacy policy covers how it handles what it reads. You can remove a connection at any time, which stops further access.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the services that run the site for us, only as much as each needs:

  • Sign-in provider: creates and checks accounts and sends verification and password-reset emails.
  • MongoDB Atlas: stores account, profile, check-in, workout and waitlist data.
  • Vercel: hosts the site and processes every request.
  • Our activity service: stores GPS activities and routes, your activity profile, personal records, segment results, and the Apple Health summaries and workouts you sync from the PhysiquePro app.
  • Mapbox: draws maps. It receives your IP address and the area of the map you view, not your routes.
  • Google Fonts and Unsplash: some pages load fonts or images from them, which shares your IP address with them.
  • Apps you connect: as described in AI and connected apps, only with your permission.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users or others.

Cookies and storage

We use one cookie, mf_session, to keep you signed in. It lasts up to 7 days and is removed when you sign out. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your browser also stores a few things on your device: the program week you are on, and an in-progress GPS recording until it is saved (or for up to 24 hours).

How long we keep it

We keep your account and training data while your account is open, so your history stays available to you. Some records are removed sooner: scheduling records after 90 days, and sign-in rate-limit counters within about an hour. Waitlist details are kept until you get access or ask us to remove them.

Apple Health summaries are kept while Apple Health is connected. Disconnecting it in the PhysiquePro app deletes all of them straight away.

Workout data you delete yourself (one session from your history, or all of it from your profile) is removed straight away.

When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and training data, including activities and Apple Health data held by our activity service, within 30 days, and confirm by email. Deleting your account in the PhysiquePro app (Account → Delete account) removes that data immediately. Server logs and backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.

Your choices and rights

  • Access or a copy: download your workouts, check-ins, Cooper results, program enrollments and training profile as JSON, or your logged sets as CSV, under Profile → Your data. GPS activities can be viewed in Activities. For anything else, email support@manifest-performance.com and we will send you your data.
  • Correct: edit your profile in the app, or ask us.
  • Delete workout data: delete a single session from History, or everything under Profile → Your data. Deleting everything removes your logged workouts, Cooper results and daily check-ins and resets your programs to week 1. It keeps your account and your GPS activities, which you can delete in Activities.
  • Delete your account: in the PhysiquePro app under Account → Delete account, or email support@manifest-performance.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account".
  • Apple Health: choose which types the app can read in the Health app (your profile → Apps → PhysiquePro), or disconnect in the PhysiquePro app to stop syncing and delete what we stored.
  • Location: turn location access off for this site in your browser or phone settings at any time.
  • Connected apps: remove them under Settings → Connections.
  • Waitlist: email us to be removed.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, such as to object to or restrict how we use your information. Email us to use them; we will not treat you differently for doing so.

Security

The site uses HTTPS throughout. Your sign-in cookie cannot be read by page scripts, and access to your data is checked on every request. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant.
